Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident with every purchase.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Non‑Returnable Items

  • Products not returned in original condition
  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Replacement items will be issued after inspection and approval.


Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, a store credit will be issued upon approval of the return.

If the gift was not marked as such at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
